*We need VIRTUS Awareness Training Facilitators throughout the Diocese of Alexandria. We will have an evening series of training from July 30-August 1, 5:00-9:00 p.m., at the St. Joseph Catholic Center in Alexandria. The training is free of charge. We will provide all materials/binders, dinner and snacks. Once trained, volunteer facilitators are asked for a minimum commitment of 2-3 years to facilitate VIRTUS Training sessions 2-3 times per year, 3 hours per session, usually held on a weekday evening. Most sessions will be scheduled at church parishes and mileage is reimbursed. The Safe Environment program is important for our children and other vulnerable people/adults.
